Rohan is the firm’s youngest partner and heads the business advisory and commercial laws practice of the firm, and has a keen grasp on the interaction of complex business models and regulatory frameworks.

Rohan has been instrumental in creating and growing the business advisory practice of the firm and has been key to acquiring and managing accounts in a myriad of sectors including E-commerce, Hospitality, Controlled Substances, Infrastructure, Intellectual Property and FMCG. He has built significant capacity within the firm to meet constantly evolving business challenges by crafting detailed protocols for the same and by anchoring a team culture centered around problem solving.
