Kshitij leads KSB Legal’s litigation team with unmatched expertise and energy. An alumnus of the prestigious University College London, Kshitij has previously served as Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, and worked with J. Sagar Associates, one of India’s top-tier law firms.

With a sharp legal mind and a passion for problem-solving, Kshitij brings strategic depth to every case he handles. Kshitij has argued a wide range of intricate civil and criminal matters before courts and tribunals across the country. His civil law practice spans service law (for both employers and employees), real estate, commercial disputes, consumer protection, and insolvency matters. In criminal law, he has handled cases under various statutes at both trial and appellate levels. He also brings deep experience in tender law, having successfully handled several high-value disputes, particularly in the oil marketing sector.
