Kshitij heads our litigation division and brings unparalleled expertise and limitless vigor to the same having already worked as an Assistant Advocate General, Haryana apart from working in J. Sagar Associates (JSA) Gurgaon. Kshitij is an alumnus of the University College London, and as a litigator Mr. Sharma has argued and conducted numerous complex civil, criminal and service matters. He has honed his skills pertaining to Education and Service law, especially those relating to selections, promotions, pay scales, compassionate appointments, terminations/dismissals.

As part of his criminal law practice he has argued and conducted matters pertaining to the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Food Adulteration Act, Explosives Act, Insecticide Act, Essential Commodities Act, Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act as part of his Criminal law practice and has dealt with matters of Land Acquisition, Specific Relief Act, Revisions against interlocutory orders and Arbitration Act, in the realm of Civil Law.

Mr. Sharma prides himself on delivering unrivaled value to his clients with utmost integrity and dedication and thrives on taking up and successfully dealing with complex legal challenges and issues.
